From Feedback to Innovation: Crafting Our Second Prototype

From Feedback to Innovation: Crafting Our Second Prototype

When we commenced this journey, we started a mission to perfect the art of creating, not only on our canvases, but in every aspect of your painting experience. The feedback on our first prototype was invaluable, and we're excited to share how we've taken it to heart.

Enhancing Your Experience:

From our initial prototype testing, painters emphasized the importance of mess containment. We listened, and we've updated a few elements into our second prototype to make your creative journey hassle-free. After carefully reviewing different types of paint containers, we upgraded the containers to flip cap bottles. This prevents the mess and cross paint contamination that come with twist cap containers. Next, we also included disposable aprons and table covers to protect your clothes and furnitures.

We've also upgraded our packaging to ensure that your painting kit arrives in perfect condition, and it's a breeze to organize. The painting kit is now filled with crinkle filler paper to provide extra cushioning for the canvas, paint, and paint brushes. Plus, we just love how the kit looks upon opening it.

Another feedback we received was that there was no clear instruction upon opening the kit and that customers may not know what to do with the kit. To solve this, we added a product insert card, with a lovely photo of Keira holding her painting that started everything, and QR codes to our Quick Start Guide and tutorials to help our customers get started.
